Description of composition:
Really,
no need to explain these pictures to the band's devotees........Messrs.
Rodgers, Kossoff, Fraser and Kirke in characteristic poses circa 1970. 'Mr.Big',
'Fire and Water', 'Be my Friend', cover of 'The Hunter' 'live', 'All Right
Now''........ and Rodgers' voice is as phenomenal as ever - as 'Now' ably
proves.
Paul Kossoff's huge talent remembered as much as
ever after all these years.......what a loss.
- Along with Tull and Floyd, the Artist is deeply
grateful at having 'discovered' rock band's like Free from the late 1960s.
and early 1970s.. There were several 'escapes' from boarding school down
to Bristol to see such groups during that period - and many are still
performing. For Richard Kennedy, anyway, nothing has replaced the music of
bands that originated in that era. He's still reaching for Free 'Live'
1970 ! |
