At Carrick - a - Rede with Tess

Copyright.1995.
A four month pen, ink and scalpel blade drawing working by naked eye only, of course. Surely the 'finest' possible level of 'detail' and 'tonal range'..........?

Measurements of original and print:
8.5cms. x 15cms.. Price of Artist's signed and titled mounted print :£32.50p. inclusive surprisingly.

Description of composition:
The Artist's Airedale Terrier dog, Tess, sitting on the mainland cliffs beside the old historic fishermens' rope-bridge at Carrick-a-Rede, near Ballintoy, Co. Antrim, Ireland.
As usual, there is much seabird activity including a Black-headed gull and Great Skua harrying around the Island cliff top while three oyster-catchers rush below the rope-bridge (graphically, 'stepping out ' of the composition at the base) to Carrick-a-Rede Island........and a diver speeds past too.

- literally, nearly 'photographic' in quality and the technique taken, surely, to its most extreme humanly possible.............!?
